Meet Joanne

Hospice nurse Joanne is our community services manager.

Joanne shared with us why she is a hospice nurse:

“Supporting people to live as well as they possibly can with their illnesses is such rewarding work.

We aim to get people back in the driving seat, building up slowly. We can help people to cope with their symptoms, psychologically, socially, physically and emotionally.

I work with a team of great professionals and kind volunteers, and I just love what we do here.”

You can read more about Joanne in our Sping/Summer 2022 ‘From the Heart’ newsletter
