Rudolph Run

Since Wirral Hospice St John’s Rudolph and Elf Runs began, an incredible 39 primary schools and nurseries have taken part, each raising hundreds of pounds to help care for our patients and their families across our Wirral community. Rudolph Run is a fantastic way for schools, nurseries and youth groups to celebrate the festive season whilst learning about, and raising funds for their local hospice.

How does it work?

It’s simply a sponsored walk, run, or any physical activity around your playground, field or safely around the streets in your area. You set the date and destination then we will provide you with everything you need.

What will the children receive?

Every child will be provided with reindeer antlers, a red nose, a sponsorship form and sponsorship money envelope. Alternatively or additionally, we can create an online JustGiving page which can then be shared with parents/guardians.

Prior to your Rudolph Run, our friendly mascot, John Bear, will visit the children to talk about Wirral Hospice St John’s and how you can make a huge difference by taking part and raising funds. After your run, we will send every child an individual ‘Thank You’ certificate.

With your help, we can continue to provide the very best care for our patients and their families, now and in the future.
