Wirral Hospice charity shops, gift shop and online shopping
February 2021: Wirral Hospice charity shops are closed in line with national lockdown regulations.
Details will be updated on this web page and on our social media channels when they re-open:

Our Gift Shop remains closed at the hospice – the space is being used currently as a socially-distanced reception area for our fundraising office. There are no immediate plans for it to be turned back into a Gift Shop at this stage.
Our temporary donation centre in Hoylake is also currently closed to the public. We will update details on this web page and on social media when we are in a position to take bookings again, and if you are someone who has booked slots and had them cancelled due to restrictions we will contact you by email. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you.

Furniture collection service*
We are in a position to invite supporters to get in touch if you have larger items of furniture you’d like to donate to our charity:
- Sofas
- Lounge furniture
- Dining tables & chairs
- Other large items
* fire safety labels must still be attached to any upholstery items
Please email van@wirralhospice.org with your name, address, daytime contact number, a list of the furniture, and photos of the items. This helps us to assess how many people we need to collect certain items, and also to ensure that the items you’d like to donate are something we can sell via our charity shops. There are times when we occasionally need to politely refuse items if we know they won’t sell or if it would cost our charity money to dispose of them.
Once you email us, we will get back to you as quickly as possible to discuss a realistic timeline for when we might be able to come out to collect items.
