Palliative and End of Life Care Super Study Day
Course Aims:
A free face to face event covering symptom management and end of life care. The session will cover recognizing patients who are end of life, Advance Care Planning & difficult conversations, Spiritual Support, Symptom management and the Role of specialist palliative care on the Wirral.
Target Audiences: Registered Nurses, Medical Staff and Allied Health Professionals interested in end-of-life care
