Quality Accounts:
These are reports about the quality of services, published annually, and available to the public. Quality Accounts are an important way for services to report on quality and show improvements in the services they deliver to local communities and stakeholders. The quality of the service is measured by looking at patient safety, the effectiveness of treatments that patients receive and patient feedback about the care provided.
Wirral Hospice St John’s produces a Quality Account annually, which is shared with NHS Cheshire & Merseyside Integrated Care Board (ICB), Healthwatch Wirral, and other partner organisations for their views; where feedback is provided, it is contained in the report.
