Business networking at Wirral Hospice:

Fri 11 Sep, 9-10.30am at Wirral Hospice CH63 6JE

Join us at our FREE business networking with guest speaker, Graeme Murray, from Sales Geek BOOK HERE

Why you? The power of differentiation

If it’s not immediately clear ‘why you?’, your customers default to the easiest comparison point: price.

And when price is the only thing on the table, margins get squeezed, deals drag out, and you end up winning the wrong kind of business.

Differentiation isn’t about being “better” in a vague way – it’s about being distinct in a way your ideal customers actually care about.

In this mini sales session, Graeme will break down what differentiation really means in the real world and why it’s the fastest route to stronger conversations and more profitable deals.

You’ll leave with a simple, practical blueprint you can take back to your business to clarify your “why you”, sharpen your message, and make your business the obvious choice.

  • Attendees MUST register in advance – BOOK HERE
  • Arrival from 9am for networking
  • Meeting will start 9.30am
  • Aiming to close for 10.30am
  • Hot / cold drinks and pastries will be provided at the start
  • The session is FREE but please be aware that ANPR car parking restrictions are now in place across the whole hospital site – there are TWO visitor car parks within 5mins walk from the hospice. This will incur a charge of about £3.20 which you will need to pay before exiting the site

We recruit businesses to take on our cash challenge. You will receive an investment from Wirral Hospice to get you started and will then be tasked with turning a profit by taking on your chosen fundraising activity within an agreed period of time.

Gifts in Kind | Gift List
We are often asked how people can help us. If you would like to show your support, here are a few ways you can help via our Wirral Hospice Gift List.

Workplace Pre-Loved Stock Collection
Can you please help us by holding a pre-loved goods collection for your team in your workplace? All we ask is that your team bring to work any pre-loved clothes or items they would like to donate then our hospice van will collect from your workplace on a pre-arranged date. The collected goods will help to re-stock our charity shops and raise vital funds for our hospice.

Corporate volunteering
We can tailor corporate volunteering days to suit your team: gardening, painting, fundraising activities, supporting our retail operations…

£50 Challenge

We’re looking for local businesses, orgs and groups to take on our cash challenge. You will receive an investment from Wirral Hospice to get you started and will then be tasked with turning a profit by taking on your chosen fundraising activity within an agreed period of time.

Please visit our cash challenge page for details or contact Jo: 0151 343 0778 | events@wirralhospice.org
