As an organisation, the hospice is built around four key areas:

• medical and clinical (Inpatients, outpatients, wellbeing centre (day services), Hospice@Home, family services and housekeeping/catering)
• finance (fiscal management and accounting, incorporating IT and facilities management)
• fundraising and marketing (campaigns, donations, events, retail, lottery, marketing communications and media relations)
• workforce (human resources, training and education and volunteer services)
