– We DO NOT pass on or sell your details to any other organisation
– We DO NOT store bank card or credit card security codes
– We DO NOT profile supporters by wealth screening
– We DO NOT store any data about you that is not relevant to us or appropriate

If you are an existing supporter of any of our fundraising activities, should you wish to you can update your communications preferences online or call 0151 343 0778 to speak with a member of our fundraising dept.
New supporters will be given a range of communications preferences options to opt into or not at the point of making their first donation to our charity.
We use the following fundraising databases for fundraising supporter data: Donorflex & Cybertill.
Our How You Can Help page shows the ways in which supporters can get involved with helping us:
- Donations (gifts in Wills, one off or regular gifts, in-memory donations, Gift Aid, charitable trusts)
- Events, community fundraising & companies
- Lottery (weekly memberships, single tickets, wedding favours)
- Retail (charity shops, online shop, eBay)
- Donating a gift in kind
