Dying Matters Week
Dying Matters Week is a national awareness campaign led by Hospice UK that encourages us to talk about what really matters to us and our loved ones. What you would like to happen and how you would like to be treated? A difficult topic to talk about but one that is so crucial to wishes being respected.
The Dying Matters website has lots of useful leaflets that can be downloaded to help you and those important to you have valuable conversations about some very sensitive and emotional matters. The titles below should all link to the Dying Matters resources page:
Things to do before you die
Supporting bereavement
Let’s talk about dying
Talking about dying with people affected by dementia
Talking about dying with children
