Embark on a very special adventure to climb Mount Snowdon through the night. You will trek alongside professional mountaineers from RAW Adventures using torches to light the way with the moon as your backdrop. On your descent, you will witness the beautiful mountain range open up to wonderful views then enjoy a delicious celebration breakfast on completion at the Padarn Hotel. Summiting at night is an experience not to be missed. 

Coach pick up from the hospice at 10pm on Sat 21 March to Snowdon, briefing, night climb and breakfast then return to the hospice at approximately 10am on Sun 22 March.

£20 per person registration fee. Includes return coach transfer to Snowdon from the hospice, breakfast rolls and tea/coffee.  (Please note that this event is only open to those aged 16 and above, there will be ID checks at registration on the day, any participants found to be under the age 16 will not be allowed to participate.) 

 We kindly ask for minimum sponsorship of £175 per person to take part in this challenge.

By proceeding with registering for the event you acknowledge and agree that you have carefully read the below agreement and agree to the terms and conditions. You are agreeing to not sue any companies and all other personals associated with the event, for any liabilities, claims, actions or damages that you may occur during this event.

Photography: I understand that photographs, motion pictures and recordings captured during the event may be used by the hospice and in local media.

It must be acknowledged by each walker that participation in this challenge may be physically challenging and each participant must be aware of the nature of the event and associated medical and physical risks involved.

• I confirm that I am in good health and in a good physical condition to safely participate in the Twlight Trek or that would result in my participation creating a risk of danger to myself or to others. I acknowledge that Wirral Hospice St John’s recommends and encourages each client to get medical clearance from your local GP if in any doubt. I confirm that I have not been advised or cautioned against participating by a medical practitioner.

• Wirral Hospice St John’s and 3rd party companies (RAW Adventures) accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury to any participants or other members of your group, or to the personal property of any member of your group.

• By participating in Wirral Hospice St John’s Twilight Trek you are agreeing to abide by the advice and guidance of management and the RAW Adventures team to keep you safe.

For any participants under the age of 18

If you are registering a child under the age of 18 you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of that party and have the legal authority and capacity to enter into the agreement. All participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult on the trek. The minimum age limit for this event is 16 therefore you agreeing your minor is aged 16 or over on 21.03.2020.

• I confirm that the persons under the age of 18 can participate in this challenge. I can confirm that in the place of accident/illness, any necessary treatment can be administrated by the first aid response on the day.

• There will be ID checks at registration on the day, any participants found to be under the age 16 will not be allowed to participate.
