Refund Policy

Donations: we are not usually able to give refunds for donations. However we realise that sometimes errors can happen, if you have made an error with your donation please contact our Fundraising Team as we may be able to refund the donation less any charges we have incurred.

Event registrations and ticket sales: Although we do not usually give refunds for these we do understand that there are some occasions where you may be unable to attend an event and would like a refund. We may be able to help with refunds if you inform us that you require one with enough notice before the event.

If you would like a refund please email fundraising@wirralhospice.org, a member of the fundraising team will then be in touch with a few questions to see if your donation is eligible for a refund. We will update you every step of the way once you have requested a refund. We would like to reassure you that We are committed to the highest standards of legal compliance and we treat all requests for refunds with the utmost importance.
