This session is to raise awareness and gain an understanding of the care of people living with Dementia who are reaching the end of their lives, including:

  1. How Dementia affects the brain
  2. How Dementia affects a person’s behaviour
  3. Understanding how to care for people living with dementia at the end of their lives
  4. Symptom management
