Creative Therapy is the use of the creative arts as a form of therapy to reconcile emotional conflicts, foster self-awareness and personal growth. It is not a recreational activity or an art lesson, although the sessions can be enjoyable. The process of creation is emphasised rather than the final product.
Patients attending Day Therapy and Inpatients can participate in and benefit from the various arts and crafts that our Creative Therapist offers. No previous creative experience or expertise is needed.
